Founded in 1993, West Cliff University is accredited by the Distance Education Accreditation Commission (DEAC) and the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), both national accrediting agencies recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. and an accreditation agency accredited by CHEA, the Council for Higher Education Accreditation in the United States. Westcliff University will be accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) in 2022, which is the highest level accreditation for business school teaching and research institutions in the United States.
